Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery

Dr. Morris Hartstein is a Harvard-trained Ophthalmic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.  He completed his internship at Bellevue Hospital, then continued his training in Ophthalmology at Bellevue and at New York University Hospital.  He then completed a fellowship at Harvard University’s Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Tufts' New England Eye Center.

Dr. Hartstein lectures all over the world, has published several best-selling textbooks, and was recently named as a best doctor by Forbes Israel.

Dr. Hartstein is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, is a fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr, Hartstein is currently the director of Oculoplastic Surgery At Assaf Harofeh Medical Center and also see patients at Herzliya Medical Center.
